Any abuse of copyright of these images will be met with the harshest of legal penalties - Except if I want to recycle an old studio photograph of Joan Collins, then that`s different isn`t it. I claim the artistic defence on this - anything that passes in front of my eyes I regard as potential subject matter, and any denial of this is censorship, whether that is moral, religious, or economic. However, if you feel that I have infringed upon your copyright, then please get in touch and we`ll discuss it. If you can convince me that you have a case, (preferably before it gets to the "my lawyer's bigger than your lawyer" type of argument) then I will take the appropriate action. If you think that I'm infringing on your financial rewards by selling prints of my paintings, then you may have a case for sharing in any royalties that may accrue. The royalty rates are set out on the Read Me pages. Although the chances of you earning anything from it is Laughable as, so far, I've sold absolutely fuck all - Where are all the art lovers?
